At Texi, we want you to shop with confidence and love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories, swimwear, and underwear.
- Doorstep Returns Not Accepted: Once you receive your order, you cannot return it at the doorstep after opening. If you have an issue, you must contact us first to initiate a return or exchange.
Return & Refund Process

- Item Pickup: We’ll arrange a pickup within 1-3 days from the return request date.
- Quality Check (QC): Once received, we inspect the item within 2-4 days.
- Refund Processing: If approved, refunds take 3-7 days to process.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
